In connection with the decision of the Financial Supervision Commission, which in its Communication 228 . meeting on 26 August 2014. advised to refuse approval of the seven Governors JUMP (5 August. KNF similarly treated five other Governing JUMP ), the National Association expresses its strong protest against the actions of the state authorities against the creators of the system of cooperative credit unions.
National Association maintains its position, which was presented to the Financial Supervision Commission in the course of administrative proceedings for the approval of the Governing. According to the National Fund they meet the statutory requirements required for this position.
The alleged objection to the Governing JUMP which informs KNF , based on considerations purely discretionary. These types of decisions of the Commission, it is the fulfillment of one of the points scenario that National Association predicted a few years ago and which refers to the elimination of the cooperative savings and credit its founders, who have been successful for over 20 years developed Fund.
