the Board of Directors of the ENERGA SA reports that on that day, February 10, 2017, the Company’s Supervisory Board decided on the appointment of the Council of the V convocation:

Daniel Obajtek will include the function of Chairman of the Board of ENERGA SA, day 2 March 2017r.. Jack Kościelniakowi, was charged with performing the functions of Deputy Chairman of the Board of ENERGA SA for the Financial issues, as of February 11, 2017r.
