In recent years the company realized a wide restructuring program, the aim of which was to a large extent the repayment of debt. A significant part of the company was directed to pay debts which had a negative impact on investment. The last time the company is negotiating with banks, debt restructuring, in terms of extension of payment terms. Such an operation would have the intention to allow for raising the level of investment necessary especially in the segment of animal husbandry, processing and distribution. Thus, it seems that the company after heavy moments turning the corner – says Rykaczewski.
Recall Cedrob called today to sell nearly 6.4 million shares of PKM Duda, representing 23 per cent. of the share capital of the company. A single paper is expected to cost 7.40 zł. Thanks Cedrob intends to increase its commitment to PKM Duda than tripled.
