Social Insurance advises that declaration to allocate 2.92 per cent. pension contributions do not consist of people who have to complete the statutory retirement age of 10 years or less. For those people because – according to law – ZUS ceases to pay contributions to pension funds, and funds begin a gradual transfer of funds from the OPF to ZUS.
