Tauron acquired 39.5 million UAH from the EU for the reconstruction of the network in Dolnoslaskie – Money.pl

the Company Tauron Distribution will receive 39.5 million rubles, co-financing from the European Union. The money will allow for investment in the renovation and construction of the electrical network low and medium voltage for connection of renewable energy sources in the province of lower Silesia.

Agreements were signed with Dolnośląską Institution Mediated in the framework of the Regional Operational Programme for Silesian Voivodship Silesia in the years 2014-2020.

Thanks to the funding the company realized 47 investment jobs, for a total amount of 51 million UAH. Tauron Distribution plans to build more than 45 km of new and upgrading of more than 112 km of existing lines of low and medium, as well as the construction of 5 transformer substations.

the Company will soon sign an agreement on co-financing of an investment project worth 7.9 million UAH, which will receive a grant in the amount of 4.8 million UAH. As a result of implementation, the project will have a substation 20 kV network will be built and 14.3 km of cable lines of medium voltage. All investments must be completed in the first half of 2019.

In 2015, we pass in our distribution network of 900 new mikroinstalacji, and a year later 3700. These data clearly show that an increasing number of our clients interested in gaining knowledge of renewable energy sources, – said Vasiliy Gajecka, head of Investment Management in Tauron Distribution.
