Financial Supervision Commission recognized Italian investor for the parent entity of the Alior Bank.
Italian Carlo Tassara, the main shareholder of Alior Bank has been recognized as the parent company to the latter institution. This means that the company can have a significant impact on Alior Bank, which affect the company’s guidance from the financial and operating policies, including the distribution of profit and loss coverage carrying amount of another entity.
