Banco Santander has met the last requirement of the Financial Supervision Authority, which means that Polish investors will be able to trade in securities of the Spanish giant. One share should cost approx. 30 zł.
On Wednesday, just before the end of the session of the WSE Management Board announced the admission to trading on the main market of 12.58 billion Banco Santander shares with a nominal value of 0.5 euros each. This resolution shall enter into force on the date of adoption. This does not mean, however, that the Spanish giant’s securities will be traded today. Previously, the WSE Management Board has yet to adopt a resolution on the introduction of shares to trading. This should happen within the next few days.
