Duda wants to appoint ombudsman of bank customers – Dziennik.pl

Policy has argued that the institution should “force” on banks lowering bank commissions or liquidation of a bank’s writ of execution.

Andrzej Duda argued that you should become a citizen, not the banks. There is no institution in Poland that protects clients. I am convinced that the spokesman will defend the rights of the customers in a challenge with large financial institutions – announced PiS politician.

Andrzej Duda noted that the establishment of the Customer Advocate banks should be associated with the adoption of a special law by parliament. The politician added that in our country need to start a serious conversation about whom the state should protect – Banks or citizens.
