Individuals and families with two children will be able to receive funding downpayment of 20 percent. (Currently 15 percent), whereas in the case of three or more – additional amount to 30 percent (currently 15 percent). In the case of families with at least three children, the government also waives the requirement to purchase a first home.
Assume changes also increase, up to 65 square meters, the limit of the subsidies for families with at least three children. Until now, the limit was 50 square meters.
If the borrower within 5 years from the date of purchase of the apartment, to repay all or part of the loan – at a height greater than the assistance granted – will have to pay part of the financing of own contribution.
