Scripps Networks, which buys majority stake in TVN, not currently planning further investments in the Polish market – announced in Joseph NeCastro Monday.

– For the time being we do not seek any new investments, we focus on TVN (…). We plan in the long term – if we later found out that there are some investment opportunities in the market, good for shareholders, it’s like the most – said on TVN24 Business and the World of Joseph NeCastro of Scripps Networks Interactive.

Markus Tellenbach, CEO of TVN reported that are not planned release in the company.

– Our company will developed, there will be eliminating jobs here, on the contrary – we want to extend their field of action to strengthen the company, and it is all as an evolution, not a revolution – Tellenbach said.

TVN announced on Monday morning that the ITI Group and Canal + signed with Southbank Media, a subsidiary of Scripps Networks Interactiv, an agreement to sell stake in N-Vision for 584 million.

Scripps Networks is an American television network, a distributor of TV channels, including, inter alia, HGTV, Food Network, Travel Channel, DIY Network, Cooking Channel, Fine Living and Asian Food Channel. Group channels reach more than 220 million subscribers in nearly 180 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Pacific, South America and the Caribbean.
