Fixed-term contracts may no longer last indefinitely – Dziennik.pl

Expert employment law attorney Piotr Wojciechowski in an interview with IAR explains that the employer will be able to enter into such agreements with three one worker in the up to 33 months .

The expert notes that, so far temporary contracts have not been limited in practice and could last up to 10 or 20 years. Now, if the employee has worked for a given employer-term contracts for 33 months, will automatically switch to an agreement on the indefinite period of time . – This will happen under the law – highlights Piotr Wojciechowski.

This provision does not apply to, among other things employees to seasonal work , for example, harvest fruits and vegetables, the work of a dorywczym as preparation of translations or providing tutoring.
