And the fact that we pay from the second child without income criterion, stems from a deep reflection, that the key to our demographic development is that we changed the model of the family 2 + 1, which becomes widespread in Poland, on the model of at least 2 + 2. The labor market is our competence, although here we must remember that we are in a rather specific situation, when the employment rate improves.
