Similarly to the already functioning solutions for family benefits, the provision of education will be able to be paid to the local authority or the city, in a separate organizational unit of the social welfare institution or another entity, eg. special centers for the implementation of social benefits.

He added the deputy minister when it comes to applications submitted after July 1, will apply the general rule: as we make a request to the 10 of the month, then we get the money by the end of the month, and 10 – to the end of next month.
