As we read in the newspaper, experts unequivocal proof of the existence of fraud in trade in cells is that since 2012 the Polish gets them much less than it exported . This happens even though the phone is practically we do not produce, and the Poles have not opted out of buying new models.
By the end of July this year for our market imported phones with a value of 3.6 billion. At the same time, the value of exported reached 6.2 billion Polish zlotys. Throughout the year defraud the VAT could reach 3 billion dollars.
According to the plan of government trade phones, tablets , laptops and game consoles since the beginning of 2015 years to be covered by an inverted VAT. Introduction of a mechanism in which the tax pays only the final recipient has drastically reduce fraud in the course of them.
