This is the second passed this week to consider the group’s claim frankowiczów.

on Monday a class action lawsuit customers Getin Noble Bank (approx. 300 people) in relation to impermissible reservations in the contracts of the loans in Swiss francs took into consideration the Warsaw district court. Rejected was only three individual claims under the loan agreements on business activities.
Frankowicze expect that the courts will confirm that the items in their contracts was abuzywne (which is already mired in several court sentences), and thus – or, for example, the agreement is void, and the loan should be considered as złotówkowy.
