By 2014, the Polish banks seemed the most difficult exam in its history – helped credit unions. Withdrawals in excess of 3 billion zł, which went to the depositors of credit unions, show how resistant the Polish banking system and how many bankers are able to make to the stability and security of clients – says Boguslaw Półtorak, editor-in-chief and Chairman Bankier.pl Chapter Plebiscite Golden Banker 2014.
Półtorak: 2015 mortgage
– This difficult exam cost us a lot and it is not good news, because these funds you will need to work off. In short, this year was twofold – on the one hand, we had record high profits, but by that force us en solidarity financial sector, passed the exam – he added.
– the costs are bound to impact on the future. In the coming years we will have a little more modest approach to banking: less innovative projects, particularly credit. Banks probably go back to the old beaten track, a good offer deposit, lending to good customers. 2015 is likely to be the year of the mortgage and rational action that will pay off for some time cheaper banking services for customers – says Półtorak.
