At a cabinet meeting on Tuesday Mateusz Morawiecki – according to the announcement, Prime Minister Beata Awl – had to submit a plan the country’s development in the coming years. The sources close to the government PAP learned that it is to be presented and adopted by the government probably next week.
When asked Thursday in Polsat News about the details of the plan Morawiecki said that it aims to “build stronger impulses and development, including through the mobilization of capital. “
– Poland for the past 27 years was the one basic problem visible even after the program of building highways or rail networks or large infrastructure projects. We could not mobilize the capital – said Morawiecki. He added that under the government program, which will soon be widely presented, will be proposed mechanisms to promote Polish exports and entrepreneurship, but also “mobilize capital for large and great ventures of the industrial”.
The second point plan – he added – a Polish participation in the digital revolution. – First revolution – steam engines – we missed because they were then the partition of Polish, at the end of the eighteenth century. The second revolution – electricity – also we missed because we were fighting for independence. The third information revolution also bypassed us, because it was then communism and the communist era. Today is the fourth industrial revolution, often referred to as digital. We want to be in the eye of the storm of the digital revolution. We want to build an industry that will be the industry of the future and that will be for the employees on the one hand, and for employers and business on the other hand created the highest added value just to build solidarity, beautiful people – said Deputy Prime Minister.
He added that the plan will assume a “flexible safety valves”. As he said, in terms of mobilizing savings within countries and the promotion of private capital, encouraging the foreign capital to participate in the development of the industry the fourth generation in Poland.
The adoption by the government development plan announced on Monday the head of the government. Premier Awl, answering questions at a press conference after a meeting with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban in Budapest, said her government is currently implementing a package of reforms announced during the election campaign. – Tomorrow the government will adopt growth-oriented projects, plan development, we want the next four years to realize – she said.
According to Morawiecki development strategy prepared by the Ministry of Development is to serve residents of areas less so far manicured; will be crucial sustainable development socially and regionally.
As told journalists on Monday Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of development, its strategy will address this, how Poland should develop in the coming years. As explained, the goal is the development within the regions; as an example, he cited the Mazowieckie voivodship: as he said, in that part of the province the average income per capita exceeds the EU average, but there are parts that are characterized by low income per capita.
As part of the development of a large emphasis has to be also on jobs. It would – as explained Morawiecki – “Polish company created more and more added value to strengthen Polish exports, precisely, to the added value of companies created jobs and better pay, because if the company achieve higher margins on sales of its products, this also may pay more to their employees. “
