In the fourth quarter of last year, the value of a single transaction made using payment cards amounted to approx. 164 zł, which was less than in the previous quarter, when it stood at 175 zł.According to the NBP, the credit card was used to carry out an average of 20.5 transactions, both cash and non-cash like.
According to the National Bank of Poland have reported in the fourth quarter of 2014. Cards were performed using 553 million non-cash transactions for a total amount of 44.4 billion zł. Compared to the previous quarter, representing a growth of 11.8 per cent. in the case of the number of transactions and 7.6 percent. growth in terms of amount.
NBP reports that credit card was used to make cashless payments on average approx. 15.3 times.
