The project provides a number of exemptions from the ban. It would not be him – as proposed – in the last two consecutive Sundays in the calendar year before Christmas, the last Sunday before Easter attributable and on the second Sunday of July. Exceptions concern also m.in .: stores, where “sales activity” performs only individual entrepreneur conducting business, gas stations not exceeding 150 sq. Business Sunday – according to the project – could also be held, among others, pharmacies and pharmacy outlets, kiosks not exceeding 50 sq. m usable space, in which the sale of newspapers, magazines and the ticket is a minimum of 30 percent. monthly trading facility (defined as sales revenue); in shops selling souvenirs, gifts or devotional, where sales of the leading products is a minimum of 30 percent. monthly turnover in retail outlets located in the hotel establishments, health care facilities and other health care for people whose health condition requires a clock or day health services and establishments operating in the fields of culture, education, tourism and leisure.
Removed from the prohibition would also m.in .: outlets not exceeding 25 sq. m usable space located in facilities to handle passengers, including in airports, train stations and bus stations, selling goods on ferries and airplanes; florists exceeding 50 sq. m usable space, where the sale of flowers is a minimum of 30 percent. monthly trading facility.
In addition, the authors of the project propose to trade on Sundays was approved, among others, in the free zones and entities acting on behalf of trade not exceeding 100 sq. m usable space located in the municipalities, which have the status of a spa.
