Obajtek in the capital of Podkarpacie met with employees of the Agency of the province. At the press conference spoke, among others, that prepared the plan, which involves a combination of ARMA and AMA.

– It can not be, that in Poland there are so many agencies involved in agriculture. According to the EU recommendations, in terms of real pay-verification should be one. It is prepared by me project framework we have taken over the task of ARR. Some of the tasks przejęlibyśmy at the central level, some at the regional level, and take over part of the counties. Farmers will be easier to move, because in one place will be able to do a number of things – he explained.

According to estimates President of ARMA such a combination would give a saving of approx. 100 million zł per year.

– the cost of issuing 100 zł in the market by our agency to 3.90 zł, a service charge of 100 zł by the AMA to 26 zł. As a result, I think that agencies need to connect to minimize costs. I pushed this project – he said.

Obajtek noted that its plan to merge both the Agency and the Prime Minister has already the minister of agriculture. In his view, the decision in this matter should be taken within a month and a half. – If the decision will be made at this time, this very process of taking our jobs ARR will be fast. We are able to move to the end of February, beginning of March next year – he stressed.

Obajtek also announced simplify procedures and applications submitted by farmers. He noted that the previous government Agency for promotions issued 1 million zł. The conference showed gadgets, which the agency bought, were among cufflinks, key chains, and notepads.

– There’s our permission for such things, and this year we spent the million zł for educational kits for kindergartens, each with a value of 3000 zł. They will go to kindergartens in rural areas. The budget for promotion has been cut by half, just like the pot of money for training, awards and replacement car – said the President of ARMA.
