New facilities for our farmers – Interia

President Bronislaw Komorowski signed today in Zastawnie short story of the PIT Act / PAP

The President signed an amendment during a visit to Zastawnie near Elblag, on a farm that is the farm ecological.

As pointed out by Komorowski, the short story “gives new opportunities, important primarily from the point of view of smaller farms”. – This bill is a milestone to get opportunities faced by the farmers in the more developed countries of Western Europe, where we admire co culinary culture which enriches the value of individual regions and localities – rated Komorowski.

The question is – said the president – to facilitate the farmers to sell direct, so that “it had the legal nature of the action and desired”. Komorowski expressed his hope that “this will encourage many people to act in accordance with the rules and for the benefit of themselves”.

– I am convinced that will need further action settlement at the level of the Ministry of Health; appropriate regulation, which would enrich this offer of direct selling our own products produced on the farm, among others, of processed cabbage – added the President. In his opinion, “is sure to be a great challenge meat products (…) but absolutely worth taking, as has been achieved in Western Europe for the benefit of farmers for the benefit of producers and consumers.”

– This is a chance for exceptionally delicious food and select what best corresponds to human tastes and habits – says Komorowski.

According to the president of the National Council of Agricultural Chambers Victor Szmulewicz, signed on Tuesday Act “gives a chance especially smaller farms that have a lot of manpower own processing of various products and selling directly, whether in the market or on the farm, bypassing intermediaries”.

– Today the farmer will have the right, without any concern on the part of the various services and tax offices, driving these sales.

The farmer must report the activity to the tax office, will conduct a book sale, and the value of direct sales does not exceed 150 thousand. euro. From this activity will pay 2 percent. tax without leaving the insurance ASIF – said Neumann.

Changes to the Income Tax Act from individuals and the Act on freedom of economic activity have been prepared by the Senate in mid-2013. Their intention was to activation of rural population and increasing the income of rural families. New regulations have come into force on 1 January 2016.
