Prohibition of trade in the holidays does not apply to petrol stations, where you can buy not only fuel but also articles of daily use. It does not concern pharmacies, bars, restaurants or hotels.

Day of Pentecost is a moveable feast. Falls fifty days after the resurrection of Christ. It ends with Easter period. Pentecost is celebrated from the first centuries of Christianity. First celebrated it together with Easter. From the fourth century, these events are experienced separately. At the beginning of Christianity is the Solemnity of Pentecost, Baptism granted to those who for some reason could not be baptized at Easter.
