He recalled that the current law dates from 2003, when Poland had 700 km of motorways and expressways, so the lighting is not consuming such large expenses like today, when motorways and expressways is 3000 km.
According to the project due to the novel approx. 80 million zł remain in the budgets of municipalities and will go to the real needs of local communities. The law will increase spending while national road administration, ie. The General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, approx. 100 million zł.
