The easiest way to determine how you feel with someone is saying goodbye. Do you feel relief and joy? Is the grief of parting? Today I am parting with naTemat and I am very sad. I will miss each site that we managed to build in the Group. And every person with whom I had the joy of doing it.

I have a privilege in life to try new things. I was in a band assuming TVN24, the team builds new events Telewizja Polsat, created its own service campaign live. My best adventure in my life so far been naTemat. Five years of fighting for everything. We competed, as if everything depended on it. Because I wanted.

In 2012, there was predicted our success. After a year of satisfaction reported our first annual report, in which we had a loss. More so satisfied no one gave. Over the next three years the results only grow. We not closed any project and any subsequent opening for which the company gave a profit. naTemat, INNPoland, mamaDu, ASZdziennik, BLISS, TruDat – this year we expect our brands exceeded the revenue from last year. And that is why I am absolutely confident that the Group will flourish when I’m already in it will not be.



I find it difficult even to describe the emotion that I feel looking at the young leaders naTemat.

They lead the company further. Many began as I did in 2012. I did not know anything about management. I had to learn everything myself quickly. We were able to five years to build a system of selection and development of the best. I measure my professional achievements the number of people who helped get to the next level. I am proud of leaving the naTemat so many leaders in their specialties with more skill than me.
