All these persons are authorized to work in Poland and, therefore, can apply for the provision of the 500 plus program.

RPD, which analyzes legislation and refusals communicated to him by foreigners – he argues that the rules are vague when it comes to whether it guarantees the right to provide 500 plus foreigners who have obtained refugee status in Poland, subsidiary protection or permission to stay for humanitarian reasons.

“Unfortunately editors of the current provisions of the Act makes the mayors, mayors and local government appeals board refused to grant them the benefit of education” – says Michalak.

According to the spokesman of the Ministry of the position should be confirmed in the law. “Legislative intervention is necessary in this case. Its absence will mean that many foreign families will be unjustly deprived of their rightful assistance from the state,” – says the RPD.
