Polish Security Printing Works presented declassified materials on a unique set of banknote production series” Polish Cities “. They made it in the 70s of the twentieth century in PWPW. The first collection, dated on January 2, 1971, included denominations of 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 and 500 zloty, while the second, dated 2 January 1977, banknotes of 200 and 2000 respectively. You can, for them to see seven Polish cities, including Katowice, Gniezno, Poznan and Warsaw. Printing banknotes held in secret conditions, the clauses of the highest degree of secrecy. The collection was previously unknown even to collectors. Is a series of unique on a European scale.

A series of banknotes was codenamed E-71 against damage PWPW and transfer production to printing replacement.
It seems that plans to issue Series E-71 were not accidental.

The instruction was prepared in 5 copies – 3 of them placed in containers, and one went to the Military Department of the NBP and PWPW. The container now in its PWPW is one of the three existing sets.
