Polish giant will take over the second largest mineral water producer in Romania – Money.pl

Water consumption in Romania is still at a lower level than in other European countries, which certainly gives a perspective for further development – says Krzysztof Pawiński, CEO of Maspex Wadowice Group, quoted in a press release.

This is not a Maspex Group’s first acquisition in Romania. The Company started its business there in 1996 and it is currently the second for the company in terms of turnover and investments incurred country. In 2007, the Romanian company bought the brand Maspeksu Arnos, a leading manufacturer of pasta, and 2013 years by salatini and Capollini – the oldest trademarks in the segment of crackers and pretzels.
