Learning from the employer

Minister Zalewska added: – We have 3.5 billion zł in the next financial perspective. You have to develop a system that will work for future generations.

A new feature will be the creation of a “Corps of experts,” or high-class specialists of the companies acquired. It is benefiting from support teachers who are retired (their knowledge and experience).

The new system of vocational training will be funded by, among others, from the Labour Fund, the National Training Fund and the State Treasury Companies. The Ministry of Education also proposes the creation of a special Fund for the Development of Vocational Education, which will be among dofinansowywał centers of practical training in modern education, organizing internships for teachers and vocational counseling.
