Joanna Kalinowska, Director of the Department of rent of office space in CBRE, said that dynamically developing kraków attracts investors from all over the world. According to her, the capital has great economic potential provided by human capital, is a convenient place for doing business, and increasing the availability of quality office makes that attracts players still missing in Poland.
According to the company Cushman & Wakefield show that over the last four quarters, demand net surface office space in the capital reached 250 thousand. sq. m. Demand this must be so high, while Moscow will remain an interesting place for companies from the financial services sector and business and will remain here the presence of the workforce.
