The hacker-blackmailer, who broke into Plus Bank and demanded from him 200 thousand. zł for failing to publish the stolen data, he realized his threat. In the night from Friday to Saturday we revealed the data of 500 business customers of the bank. It is the bank’s strong reaction – states that clients’ money is safe and will not negotiate with the blackmailer.


 

The disclosed database contains sensitive data: names, addresses, data from the last 50 transactions.


 

A hacker with the pseudonym “Polsilver” reported that the bank has established contact with him and announces that if the bank fails to pay on account of any orphanage of 200 thousand. zł, it will publish the next chunk of data. Not only on business accounts but also private.


 

A few days ago, a hacker claimed to have hacked the server of one of the Polish banks. He demanded 200 thousand PLN, if it does not get in the weekend starts disclose customer data.


 

Reaction bank: not negotiate with extortionists
