Thursday’s meeting of euro zone finance ministers ended, like all previous ones, without compromise and achieving agreement on. Greece – said EU Commissioner for. Euro Valdis Dombrovskis.

Jeroen Dijsselbloem, the head of the Eurogroup, told reporters on Thursday that in his opinion the finance ministers of the euro zone may extend an aid program for Greece before the end of the month, but earlier must be proposed on this matter with the Greek side.
– It is still possible to find agreement and the renewal of the program before the end of the month, but the ball is on the Greek side – Dijsselbloem said.
In the case of Greece also involved European Council President Donald Tusk and in response to another day without resolving she decided to convene Monday summit of the euro zone.

Threatened with bankruptcy Greece is negotiating for months with the EC, IMF and ECB, which calling for structural reforms in exchange for unblocking the next tranche of aid amounting to approx. 7.2 billion.
The current aid program for Athens will expire on 30 June. Greece threatens almost immediate insolvency, if not quickly receive the money, but in the opinion of the Government of Alexis Ciprasa, if the country agreed to the conditions of the IMF, and its debt would not be restructured, in the long run would not be able to balance its finances. This month, Greece should ask the IMF approx. 1.6 billion euros, and in the summer – give 6 billion of the ECB.
