South African company Naspers Ltd. is considering selling
operating in Poland auction platform Allegro, reports Bloomberg. Business
hired investment bank Morgan Stanley, which is to act as an advisor in
the process of a possible separation of the Central European business group.
Sellers Allegro could bring a group Naspers even 3
billion dollars, according to Bloomberg, citing its sources. buying can
interest in both private equity funds and technology companies.
It is possible that the platform could fall into the hands of the Chinese.
Naspers invests primarily in companies in emerging markets – including
in China and Russia. Allegro does not grow as rapidly as other businesses
group, while the local market is the leader. Los platform not

For now, the South African company hired Morgan
Stanley, who will act as advisors. Both the representatives of Naspers and
the bank refused to comment on the matter.
