In the transaction of the buyer submitted by: Cushman & Wakefield, Hogan Lovells, Arcadis and PwC, and the seller JLL, Dentons and Deloitte.
the Portfolio includes two shopping centers Focus Mall in Zielona Gora and Focus Mall piotrków Trybunalski. It is the largest shopping centers in Zielona Gora and Piotrków Trybunalski. They offer, respectively, approx. equal to 26.8 thousand square meters of 35.2 thousand square meters of space for lease. Both centres have been hired by famous brands on national and foreign markets. Major tenants include H&M, LPP Group, the Group Inditex, Media Markt, Rossmann and movie (respectively Cinema City and Helios). The facilities were completed in 2008 and 2009. company Parkridge Retail Russia and Aviva Investors acquired it in 2012.
