Today the Supervisory Board of Getin Noble Bank adopted, consisting of personal reasons, the failure of Christopher Rosińskiego from the post of Chairman of the management Board date of 9 January 2017. At the same time decided to appoint a Vice President of Arthur Klimczaka to the office of Chairman (subject to, and shall become effective from the date of expression of consent by the Commission for Financial Supervision). From 10 January to obtain permission KNF Klimczak is technically the acting President. As stated by the Bank, the new President will be a “continued work associated with the reconstruction of Getin Noble Bank in the modern financial organization based on relational banking and high quality of service. Its strategi c goal is creating profitable and effective universal Bank on the repeatable sources of income”. Krzysztof Rosiński, however, remains in the Bank – will include the position of Vice President and, as promised by the representatives of the Bank will support Arthur Klimczaka during the first few months to exercise using new features. Rosiński will still be involved in strategic projects within the Group of Leszek Czarneckiego. “The Supervisory Board also expressed its appreciation of Mr Krzysztof Rosińskiego for his work as Chairman of the Board of Directors to develop the company implemented successfully the projects akwizycyjne and contribution to the success of many companies included in the group of companies”, – stated in the message. Arthur Klimczak is one of the most respected bankers in Poland. Career in banking began in the Us in the framework of the Citibank Group, holding successively the positions from the credit Advisor to regional Director re sponsible for local network affiliates. Since 2000 he continued his career in Poland in accordance with scope of services for affluent customers, CitiGold. In 2003 he held the position of managing Director for Central and Eastern Europe and was responsible for affluent segment clients (Wealth Management). Since 2005 he has been associated with the Bank “Millenium”, which in 2009 occupied the post of Member of the management Board, responsible for the area of retail banking services. In 2012 he was appointed Vice-President, responsible for vertical retail banking services. And from July 2015, acting Vice-President of Getin Noble Bank for retail banking.
