“(…) The Management Board Integer.pl SA with its seat in Cracow, provides information that, after considering the application filed Integer.pl SA to suspend trading bearer bonds INT0918 series due to changes in the terms of issue, the Board of BondSpot SA, acting pursuant to § 13 paragraph. 1 item 1 of the Rules of the Alternative Trading System resolves to suspend trading in these bonds in the alternative trading system on Catalyst for the period from 9 June 2015 until 11 June 2015 “- the release reads.
Integer.pl made several days ago to BondSpot request for suspension of trading on June 9 INT0918 series bonds to replace the table in interest in connection with the change in their interest rates. Changing the conditions of the bond issue passed INT0918 series congregation bondholders.
The group Integer.pl is the second largest postal group in Poland, which includes the largest private post – InPost, independent operator of financial and insurance – Finance and Paczkomaty InPost InPost. The company is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2007.
