The Act also specifies deadlines for transmission of documents to the Council by the government and time refer to them. Like the tripartite committee on the government to May 10 of each year shall submit to the Council a preliminary forecast of macroeconomic indicators budget for the next year. The social side of the Council will have 10 days to submit a joint proposal growth rates of wages, minimum wages and pensions.

Assumptions of the state budget draft will be submitted by June 15, and the draft budget for the following year 30 days before sending it to the Sejm. The Council will also be able to adopt opinions on the execution of the budget.

Once a year – until May 31 – Chairman of the Board It has submitted to the Sejm and Senate a report on its activities. This is to be an opportunity to conduct an annual debate in parliament on the state of social dialogue in Poland.

According to the impact assessment adjusting the cost of introducing the Act into force will be annually in the coming years from 2.4 to 2.9 million zł (include the cost of operation of the office that supports the work).
