July 5 Nationale-Nederlanden Life Insurance Company SA ( “Nationale-Nederlanden”) signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent. Action House Credit Notus SA (Notus Financial Advisors). In June agreed to concentration expressed OCCP. The transaction does not affect the current operations of the acquired company as an independent financial adviser. Preserved will also make Notus Financial Advisors.

Company Notus Financial Advisors was founded in March 2004 at the initiative of the five individuals, as a broker mortgage products. It currently has dozens of branches in major cities in Poland. The company’s mission is to provide customers with independent advice in choosing the best offer from a wide range of financial products such as mortgages, investment products, savings plans and insurance products.
The partnership with the House of Credit Notus SA Nationale-Nederlanden gives access to over 600 financial advisors in branches located in major cities in Poland.
