MSP does not envisage raising the nominal value of the shares, among others, PZU and KGHM – Puls Biznesu

A few days ago at the request of the Treasury General Meeting of PGE voted to increase the nominal value the company’s shares from 10 to 10.25 zł, although initially requested by the Treasury to raise this value to 13 zł per share. With this transaction, the company will have to pay the tax payable by shareholders. The company is currently waiting for the interpretation of tax, how is to be calculated this tax.

PGE is supervised by the Ministry of Energy.
