If there is a sale, it will be one of the largest transactions on the Polish market in recent years – the newspaper writes, citing anonymous sources. For sale will be all the shares in a Play. This is another information in this case – a potential sale of the operator is said to be more than a year.
As reported by “Puls Biznesu”, the offer is addressed mainly to investment funds. This would improve the profitability of the operator, building the infrastructure for it and restructuring the debt. Stakeholders may also be telephone companies.
The seller is – according to the information the newspaper – wait for the initial offer to the beginning of October. Potential buyers already have a sign with the owner operator of a confidentiality agreement.
