The Minister of Economy Janusz Piechociński in an interview with IAR stresses that the current crisis in the East does not threaten the Polish energy security. “If they disrupted gas supplies through Ukraine, Poland as well as last year, so today is safe,” – noted the deputy.
The latest gas dispute between Moscow and Kiev was made last week, when Ukraine cut gas supplies to the areas controlled by the separatists. In response, Russia started to deliver gas directly to the Donbas, treating it as a part of the supplies to Ukraine.
