“According to the law on government administration of 11 February 2016. Ownership supervision over energy companies with effect from 1 April 2016. Passes from the Ministry of Treasury to the Ministry of Energy” – says in a statement.
Resort emphasized that the entry into force of the Act resulted in the acquisition by the ME supervision over energy companies.
