PGNiG wants to VI to start gas supplies to Swinoujscie LNG under contracts spot – Banker

PGNiG plans in June to supply the LNG to Swinoujscie under contracts of short-term spot. The Group considers the order of five cargoes of LNG on the principles spot during the June-July 2016 – the company said in a statement.

The company said that the delivery spot will be implemented regardless of regular supplies under long-term contract with Qatargas, which begin in the second half of July 2016

“the LNG terminal gives us new prospects for the use of formulas for spot. this allows us to optimize the portfolio and pricing terms of gas supplies – while pursuing regular deliveries within the framework of long-term contracts. PGNiG SA has booked long-term capacity of the terminal in Swinoujscie, capable of receiving and re-gasification of about 2.5 million tons of LNG per year. (PAP)
