“We want to maintain the level of investment per year as it had been in good years, that is 1-1.1 billion zł” – Stepien said during a press conference.
He added that the investments will be financed from its own funds and the EU, where the funds are to come from the transfer fee. He stressed that the company does not intend this fee raise.

the Company, together with the Danish operator Energinet.dk analyzes the possibility of building the Baltic Pipe connecting Poland and Norway. The combination would provide the ability to transfer 10 m3 of gas per year. As part of the basic variant it is analyzed the development of the LNG terminal regasification capacity of about 7.5-10 billion m3 and expansion of the transmission system in north-west. In this variant, it is possible to build an underground gas storage facility in Damasławku.
As part of the alternative variant Gaz-System takes into account the construction of a floating regasification terminal (FSRU) in the region of the Gulf of Gdansk (up to 10 billion m3 of gas), and developing the transmission system in the south-east and the construction of an underground gas storage facility in Bialogard Pomerania.

“In less than a year, we expect the results of the feasibility study. We’ll wait a few more months to decide,” – he said.
