The Ministry of Development has begun work on a strategy of public-private partnership. Deputy Minister Witold Slowik promises to facilitate the cooperating parties.

Currently, most partnerships is between private entities and local governments.
Vice Plock investment officer, Jacek Terebus believes that the draft agreements should occur as soon as possible. According to him, part of local governments, due to the state of their budgets, now wants to use public-private partnership.
The strategy is to be built by the end of this year. Resort has not yet decided whether prepare a new law, or will change the present.
In Poland there are nearly one hundred such partnerships. It regulates the Act of December 2008. The ongoing negotiations on more than 150 projects.
