2014. was a record when it comes to imports from China to Polish. Within 11 months of the country’s imported goods worth 66 billion zł, with over 5 billion zł more than in all of 2013. – Informs “Puls Biznesu”.
The Chinese goods will continue to flow into Polish. However, experts warn of counterfeit goods in this country. The point is that, among others, otherwise rustic patent law comes to the use of the achievements of other countries and putting them on the local market is on the agenda.
However, when goods cross borders Poland, the importer shall be subject to liability. Experts warn that ignorance of such a situation does not exempt from liability.
