the main celebrations of Provincial celebration of National Day May 3 took place at the monument of Marshal Jozef Pilsudski in the Market Kosciuszko. To begin with raised white-red flag and the national anthem was sung.

President of Białystok Tadeusz Truskolaski spoke about the importance of the Constitution:
– Our highest legal act should be a sign of unity integrating Polish nation around the idea that never lose their topicality. A tribute to the Constitution is in fact a tribute to our ancestors.

Patriotic meeting ended with a parade of uniformed and singing patriotic songs.
