According to the Confederation Lewiatan, early retirement of people with 40 years work experience could be possible only on condition of completion by 62 years and raise capital in the amount of at least 130 percent of the minimum pension. Currently, the amount of the pension depends on how much we paid contributions and the further life expectancy.
All employers’ organizations stress the Polish demographic situation is very bad and return to the previous retirement age will mean a huge crowd of pensioners with very low benefits.
