Gazprom has complained in court on Turkmenistan – GazetaPrawna.pl

According to the Turkmen government since the beginning of the year, Gazprom does not pay for gas supplies and failing to comply with the contract, taking much less fuel than was agreed in the contract. In turn, the Russian side argues that no longer needs such a large supply, in the present situation of Turkmen gas prices are too high.
Experts point out that Gazprom was in a situation in which hustled many of its Western partners, including Ukraine. Experts remind that the European Commission opened an investigation into Gazprom’s monopolistic practices. For now, the concern failed to convince European officials to their case.
As the newspaper “Kommersant” Gazprom can end up with the release of EU directive which will define new terms of pricing.
