The Constitutional Court questions the supervision of the state over part of the credit unions – Politics

For the average citizen the verdict is, to put it mildly, incomprehensible. And for the one who trusts and credit unions invest their savings is in local tills and for this (which is most), who with their money must now submit the giant cover shortfalls in these tills.

Of course, it is not known until full justification of the verdict, it is difficult to judge. Either way, however, the Court must, first, accessibly explain with his decision. Explain even what motivated his position three judges who announced dissenting opinions. And why should the supervisory instruments – and thus the safety of depositors – have a grossly vary depending on the size of banks? Thus, judges overthrew the main argument DIRECTOR credit unions and their political protectors of the PiS (the funded through credit unions and the media not to mention) that comments critical of the activities of banks are just political ground. Incidentally, still remains unexplained role Andrzej Duda (and subsequently Lech Kaczynski) in shielding the interests of credit unions.

Thirdly, this story proves (not the first) carelessness legislative parliament. Because this is such an important case raises socially Act so as you can see, imprecise that it can be questioned.
