European Large Families Confederation (ELFAC) appreciated the Polish government for 500+ Family program. The award was received at the European Conference of Large Families in Riga minister of family, work and social policy Rafalska Elizabeth.

the European Confederation of Large Families is a non-governmental organization, which was established in 2004 and brings together national associations of large families throughout Europe. Represents 50 million Europeans, making up almost 9 million families. The idea came after the first conference, held in November 2002 in Madrid. Already during the second congress in Lisbon in 2004, the organization was formally constituted.
